Founded in 1993, Frontier Partners, Inc. is a privately-owned “boutique,” full-service retained executive search firm dedicated to matching the requirements of its clients with the life goals of its candidates.

We have developed a devoted coterie of clients that includes academic institutions, municipalities, and not for profit organizations, as well of some of the country’s most advanced private and public corporations. By adopting a measured approach to retained search, we successfully complete most engagements within ninety days, regardless of industry or position. Our approach to search includes:

Partnering with the search committee and client organization to understand the organization, the role of the future candidate, and the hire’s direct impact on the department, organization, and communities served

Our Commitment to Clients

Frontier Partners, Inc., by design, has chosen to remain a relatively small firm in the world of search.  We have maintained our size in order to remain responsive to clients and to provide both a level of flexibility and expertise for each search we accept.  By remaining leaner than some of the larger firms, we can commit to accepting only a certain number of searches per year.  This benefits our clients by preventing our search teams from taking on too great a workload, which can often reduce the effectiveness of the team and compromise the quality of services provided.

A secondary benefit of maintaining a relatively small size is the ability to offer our clients a team of specialists, each of whom is involved in the search from the initial stages through completion.  By adopting a team approach to search, we guarantee that each team member will have a significant level of involvement and responsibility in the engagement.  Therefore, in the event that one Principal of the Firm is unable to complete the assignment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients can be assured that the remaining team members have been involved from the outset of the search and will ensure that search continues without interruption. 

While we have the ability to oversee multiple searches, we undertake every engagement with the same level of commitment and dedication.  We are so confident in our abilities to successfully complete each engagement that we offer a guarantee on all hires that is twice the industry standard.  Frontier Partners, Inc. guarantees all hires for a period of two years, double the standard period of time offered by search firms.  We offer this because we are committed to assisting clients in identifying candidates who will not only accept a new position but will make a solemn commitment to the instituiton they join.  If a candidate leaves a position within two years of the date of hire for any reason excepting death or disability, Frontier Partners, Inc., agrees to reopen the search and replace the candidate for no additioanl professional fee.

Since 1993, Frontier Partners, Inc. has had to replace only two candidates.
